We kindly ask you to review your cart carefully before finalizing your purchase. Once your order has been handed over to the courier for dispatch, we are unable to cancel or modify it. Processing & Transit Timeline
Upon successful payment, our team will carefully prepare and package your model supplies and diorama pieces within 1 to 2 business days. Packages are typically handed to our shipping partners on the very next business day.

Shipping Rates & Coverage We currently ship exclusively within the United States. For orders under $70, shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your package.

Tracking Your Order
As soon as your parcel leaves our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. While we strive for prompt delivery, please be aware that unforeseen logistical delays, such as severe weather, postal service backlogs, or customs processing, can occasionally occur. We appreciate your patience if this happens.

Duties, Taxes & Customs
We have priced our items in USD and included all necessary import duties and taxes in the final listing price. We take care of the customs clearance and fees for all shipping destinations, ensuring that you will not be asked to pay any extra charges when your package arrives at your doorstep.

What if My Package Is Marked as "Delivered"?
If the tracking status shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate your parcel, we highly recommend checking around your porch, yard, or mailbox area first. Occasionally, couriers leave packages with a neighbor or at a secure local spot. If it still goes missing after these checks, please reach out to us right away. We are here to look into the situation and provide our full assistance.
